ScraPan provides a technology-enabled household scrap pickup service in supported areas.

Indicative rates

Displayed rates and estimated amounts are provisional. The final payout is based on actual verified quantity, material grade and applicable pickup adjustments.

Pickup access

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the scrap items at the scheduled location.

Restricted materials

Hazardous, illegal or unsupported materials may be refused. Regulated e-waste is handled through eligible channels.

Cancellation

ScraPan may reschedule or cancel a pickup where serviceability, safety, material eligibility or operational conditions require it.
