What happens after your request?
After receiving your request, ScraPan may verify that the mobile number belongs to the account holder before processing deletion.
- Your customer profile information can be deleted or anonymized.
- Active notification tokens associated with the customer account can be removed or deactivated.
- Personal information that is no longer required for the service can be deleted or anonymized.
Some records may be retained.
Limited booking, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal or compliance purposes. Such retained information is not kept for unrelated marketing use.
